Tech and fitness has become a popular thing these days. Blue Goji takes it to the next level with its Goji Play for iOS devices. All you need is an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch and a treadmill/elliptical. I think the iPad Air/Mini is the best choice for this device because of its larger screen.
2 wireless hand controllers
2 foam batons
Micro USB charge cable
4 AAA batteries
Quick start guide
Blue Goji was founded by the guy who co-created Guitar Hero. Having played Guitar Hero I knew I was going to have a lot of fun but didn’t know I was going to lose some pounds while I’m at it.
The Goji Play is a game console and workout system in one. The Blue Goji Goji Play comes with two hand controller which you can attach to your treadmill or foam batons. I have tried both methods and both work fine. A small activity sensor is included which make sure your moving. It has a built in battery and can be charged by included USB and AC adapter. You must charge the sensor before use and then you will get about 6-8 hours out of the device.
After the sensor is charged you will download the iOS app and pair the device to the iOS device by pressing the buttons on the controllers.
The Goji Play iOS app can provide fitness information such as how many hours used, steps, miles, and calories burned.
The Goji Play has a ton of free to play games that you can utilize the hand controllers to play. You must continue to move or a warning on the screen will say you have stopped moving. My two favorite games for the system were Fisticuffs and Riptide GP. The Goji Reader is nice to catch up on my favorite blogs.
Most of the time I forget I’m on the treadmill and think I is just playing a game on my iPad. After an hour or so I feel the burn of the workout and this motivates me to get fit.
Blue Goji Goji Play is a must have accessory for your iPad to get you fit and have some fun playing games. The Goji Play makes you workout longer without even knowing you’re doing it.
